A platform for creating online events and events in hybrid format. Telemice makes the process of creating an event easier. From generating the first request, developing the concept of the event, to implementation and reporting.

Challenges

Our main challenge was timeframe of this project. We had a strict deadline of two months, in order to deliver both applications. Additional challenge was backend development, however we did not stop due to these challenges and made fast and efficient decisions along the way.

Solution

We used best agile practices in order to start our work without backend support. Once backend assistance became available we connected from mockup spreadsheet to the database. We kept in close contact with company representatives to understand business challenges and needs, provided technical and product support to deliver stable working application.
